After delivering specialty  & waffle sandwiches during the coronavirus pandemic, these two old friends who have enjoyed a career in nightlife & hospitality now wanted to venture out in the foodservice industry.   With very little experience on what was needed to run a small business,  they possess whole lots of passion and drive.  This won’t be some story about how we used to make the  Patacon Sandwich with our bare hands in the 1900s.  We are a brand new concept that aspires to look back a few years and can say a SPK was born in the most interesting year of our lifetimes! 2020.   Welcome you to visit us in our Hawthorne NJ location.
